Post subject:  Hello DC fans, I'm new here!
Well I am a huge DC fan and new to these boards. I can't believe that i started wathing DC when i was only 7 turning 8 and now I am 13 turning 14, about the same age a lot of you started. People laugh at me cuz I am a *gasp*:hide guy who loves Dawson's Creek but it is just a show which means a lot to me. I know you people aren't interested but I'm just introducing myself hoping to become an active member and meet other kool DC fans. I usually go around DC message boards and read pretty much everything, plus pretty much every single DC site, but with forums I never join and post, I'm just quiet and read. But anywayz I liked this board and finally decided to join. Dawsons Creek and the New jersey Nets are the two things I am a fanatic over. OK i know im boring you, I just want to say what a great DC FAN I am. I always read these amazing extra experiences and I'm so sad I never was old enough to go to Wilmington from Canada, something I would have loved to do. I love all WB shows but basically this is eternally my favourite. Now I think I'm done with my life story lol sorry for the boring entrence,:silly2

BTW wasnt the graduate epi on superstation great, that is one of my faves and I LOVE THOSE PICS OR BANNERS u make, they r amazing but unfortunately i have no talent in making them.

That's funny, me too! And I knew that from the second I saw your screenname baskiddball! ;) . How great is it that today (I thnk) he'll be signing with us for 6 years! You don't know I was having a heart attack the past week before the announcement :lol

The Graduate is a great episode. I love Joey's speech and how great her and D look at the end with the sprinklers. And Drue and Jen! :rollin Classic...classic...

wow i go on the dc boards and i meet a DCr and a a nets/kidd fan too. I actually went up to new jersey for game finals, sad they lost but it was so nervewrecking, especially when the rumers bout them wanting byron fired. im so glad we found zo. lol i live in toronto, but id die if i was a raptors fan lol.

I am no doubt, 100% a DJr. I have been since the start, and loved that couple from the instant, I kept saying through all six years, i remember even when pacey and joey got together that at the end DJ were going to end up together. I was kind of sad but I see some of these people saying their series was wasted. Definitely not for me:nono I think that was an amazing episode, the best finale I have ever seen (u should see how bad some of the finales are) Plus I have always liked Pacey, but no doubt I never thought that he'd end up with her. But the whole show was genius, I never knew how sad id be when of all the characters jen dies, but it really made me think what a great character she was most of the time. I personally will be on line, breaking someones leg, to get that DVD. I was really mad andie's scenes were cut. she was one of my favourite characters and i thought pacey and andie were perfect together. I want to see every single cut scene made, especially if a DJ one is made. Put I have to give props to kevin williamson for making both dj and pj semi happy.

Oh and thank god I didnt look for any DC boards and stuff before the finale, because SOOOOOOO many spoilers. I think I read a few, namely her picking pacey, but that was by mistake. I never intended that. I still remember going to my brother when i think i was reading on the WB boards and i said to my brother HEY SOMEONE NAMED WILMY IS SO LUCKY, she was actually in the finally and i cant believe andy would have had a part in it.

Oh and thanx for the (offfer?) for the banners, i wasnt sure if that was asking me but i would love it lol.

BTW LAST TO MY LONG MSG, today is CODA, and i loved that episode, definitely gonna tape it and the start to season 5 (my least fave season) 6 was coming close till they came out with the wallmart and the last few episodes, they were great

I actually didn't start watching DC until sometime in S4 (I was a diehard 90210 fan for years so I always watched that on Wed nights) but I have since then seen all the episodes on TBS. I do not consider myself a DJer or a PJer--there are things I like about both couples, and I choose not to get reeled into the debates that go on between the two! Anyway, we hope you like it here! :)

LOL I LOVED 90210 but dawsons was also on a 11, plus i stopped watching when they gragged it along and had all those stupid new ppl, it sucked then:(
dawsons creek ended at the right time and they new when they starting carrying it on, and it was perfect through pretty much the whole time running, though college got a bit iffy:popcorn

There really were so many spoilers for the finale. Basically they should have just be called "The Finale Script" instead of spoilers :lol

Are you talking about a poster with the name WilmyK8e? If so, she was an extra for the finale and saw Andie's scenes! That's crazy :lol what a small world- I'm friends with her! Well, not in real life but I've been posting with her for years on dc.com & now on my DC board.

yea i went through a lot to go to that game and we went there without tickets but we found a scalper (THAT WAS SERIOUSLY THE ONLY ONE) and he was afraid of getting caught cuz security was so high and we ended upo gettin 95 dollar tickets for 100 a piece. only problem was that new york trip was one of the worst days of my life

ive been checking out foreve dc, but i decided to stay in here because i dont like too many people and stuff, just nice convos with a few

andy was one of my favourite characters, she brought something new to the show and i really hoped he ended up with pacey. she ended up leaving because they had no more tstories for her b ut i bet if williamson was there she would remain. they just have such a good relationship u can tell she belongs, and its so sad when shes crying and asks pacey if he will ever forgive her. he said no:( the ending with pacey and andy joey and dawson would be good but williamson still did a great job, though dawson didnt end up with joey

i remember when i first started reading on the WB boards and going to forums i saw wilmyk8e story about andy and the caf and how grams was really younger then she seemed lol but then the pics didnt work

i really liked coda because it was nice seeing pacey and dawson best friends, how it is meant to be. and when pacey called him and it seemed like evrything was resolved - and it was. plus that moment with joey was amazing. season 5 now starting, whih i think was the worst season. i dont like the both ppl dawson slept with - jen and joey (natasha too but he didnt know him back then) broke up right away. That wasnt right. I truly think that kevin williamson was the great writer of the show and u could tell.

i would really like a dawson pacey or something i havent seen yet, an andy and pacey one, if u could i would also really like the avater flash things by ur name.

As far as banner and avatars go, there are two other places you can try also on FD-- either the Welcoming Committee (I think there is a sig thread in there) or even the Creative Zone (Blondee runs that and loves making things, there are also some avatar and sig threads in there where I think you can request things as well. Hope that helps! :grin

OH. And I almost forgot to ask. This has been bugging me for awhile now and maybe you can answer it.

How come all *guys* like D&J ? And not P&J? I can't understand the reasoning behind it and every freaking guy I know is in love with DJ relationship. Why is that? :thinking :dunno

:lol It's true! I think, now this is just my opinion to try to answer...might be crap :lol that many guys who in this world "have to be" a certain "way" really fall in love with the idea of a soulmate. I think that most guys would relate to Pacey - he's kinda a more regular "guy" than D...and that's why the become infatuated with D/J...it's different.

ok to the new york trip - i went to see the new jersey nets

it was a two day trip of hell

it was liek 10 hours to drive there, i went with my bro and his two friends. first off his car is so small, and there is this HUGE guy in the front making me feel like my legs r coming off

our hotel didnt go through

i slept 2 hours in the car in an empty parking lot with the ppl at 4 am on the like second day

the tolls were so damn much and ppl kept giving us the wrong directions so we had to take them again, the one driving got so pissed :wall that he drove his car over those curbs in the middle u know

i ate one meal at burger kind and it was already made, it sucked and it was more money in amaerican than it in canadian, and the american dollar is worth more

i was sick from the car and hungry and i saw times square once but i never got to SEE it cuz i never got out of the car, there was no where to park and 8 dollars per 30 min is too much

we finally reached NJ 3 hours early and paid for parking and they wouldnt let us back out to eat unless paying parking again

we came with no tickets and the security was so high, we were lucky we saw 1 scalper whisper to us and bring us out back and we got 95 dollar tickets for 100, that was amazing he was just desperate from gettin caught

my team lost

we went home and it was the worst day of my life

and yes pacey and andy are perfect for each other

lol bunny it was pretty random, i always look at DC boards and i saw this and said they seemed nice so ill join and its kool i mean kris is so nice already offering to tape a show for me, u ppl r really nice and i think i decided to join to reply to someone or something lol but it was worth it.

and im not that important lol thank u for making me feel like omg u have me on ur board but i liked the ppl on here even though ur on others and i read a lot of boards but its nice just to go to this one and talk to other DC fans

i actually think i joined this because i wanted people to test me on DC or something like that lol i forgot and although ur not one of the "bigger" sites out there u r definitely bigger int he nice people catigory and the making friends catigory

and i assume that guys liked pacey and joey cuz pacey is more of a fun non serious guy but i guess the guys who are dc'rs just the majority think the same as girl dc'rs and understand more in dawsons view. you see in a girls point of view they might be a pjr cuz "OMG PACEY IS SO CUTE" "OR OMG THEY LOOK PERFECT TOGETHER" (though i think dawson and joey look better together) guys just look at the relationship and see who has a better connection cuz neither way guys can look how HOT joey is. cuz according to audrey she is one of those girls others compare themselves too. OK NOW i know u probably havent understood any of my posts lol but yes i just type wat im thinking at the moment lol
