Post subject:  Fan Fiction now on Amazon
Amazon announced last month it's platform to allow some fanfictions- Gossip Girl, Pretty Little Liars and the Vampire Diaries to name a few to be published as e-books ranging from .99- 3.99.

As a Fan Fic writer-- are you excited about this new concept or are you against it completely? :dunno Rant and Rave your own experiences here! :)

Sounds interesting but you would have to have a following online wouldn't you to have someone buy your story? As someone who has previously written fictional stories I don't know if I would like it. I enjoyed feedback etc during a story to keep me going :)

Yeah... I think it all came from the huge success of 50 shades of grey that Amazon decided to act on that.

However, I'm with you... if I write something- especially fanfic or the likes, I wouldn't want to publish it (I know, weird) but would do it more for those in that fic circle.

I also thought I had read something about amazon getting certain rights if you publish with them. Which in turn, could hurt an author further down the road if it made it to the 50 shades of OMG level. :lol I think. But don't quote me on that! :drink

Now, if I wrote an original novel or something (not fanfic) then of course I would want it published- but not as an e-book! :drink :lol :lmao

I still have read fifty shades of grey I have heard its good well actually I have had mixed reviews of it. some people not makin it passed they 3rd page. I do agree though it should be for the group it is aimed at and if that is Roswell it should be somewhere everyone can read it . and I am not saying I would not pay to read something that was well written but how do we know if it is until we read it. I enjoy reading them when I have time. It is a nice idea.

well, I was one of those people who couldn't make it past the 3rd page. But I'm kind of weird anyway. So... don't listen to me! :drink :lmao

And yes, I agree with you! How I miss the old Roswell fic. I need to get into some newer fandom fics now I suppose.

I still go back sometimes and read some of the more memorable fics from candy sites etc. I still love the YouTube videos though Roswell rocks. Getting ready for Star Crossed :lol
